Costa Del Sol Serial Flasher Strikes Again – police were called after a man exposed himself to a lady in Manilva

Costa Del Sol Serial Flasher Strikes Again

A woman (who wishes to remain anonymous) in Manilva has contacted police to report a man who flashed at her whilst she was on her balcony.

Giving It A Good Tug

She said that at first she thought he was urinating .  “A minute or so later I looked to see whether he had gone and there he was, staring me straight in the face with his penis out giving it a good tug!” she said.  “I moved away from the balcony wall in shock. There’s no mistaking it, I saw him in all his glory in plain sight as he was just below my 1st floor balcony. He made full eye contact with me and carried on with no inhibitions.”

Repeat Offender

Police said this is not the first time that they have been contacted about this man.  They sent uniformed officers to search the area but were not able to locate him.  The Police Chief said that the man is “highly unlikely to pose a direct threat as he likely enjoys doing such things ‘from a distance’.”

Completely Naked

Manilva residents have been speaking about their experiences with this man.  One local said “He hangs around near the hotel in Duquesa and stares at the kids getting off the bus, he got completely naked once and took clothes out of the bin and put them on.  We told the police but they moved him on, but a few weeks later he was back waiting for the kids bus.”

Others have questioned why the police say that the man is not likely to pose a threat, considering his proximity to school children on occasions.

Description

The man is described as white but tanned, in his mid to late 30s, with a round face and stocky build.  During the most recent incident he was wearing a baseball cap, and a blue and white tracksuit.
