Drunk British Driver Was High When He Caused Carnage In Puerto Banus

Two British men remain in police custody in Marbella.  One of the men was driving the car which ploughed into pedestrians in front of Ocean Club on Sunday evening, the other was a passenger in the black Audi Q7.  Police have now revealed that both men tested positive for alcohol and drugs.  One had been taking cocaine, and the other had been taking marijuana.
