Guardia Civil Officers Arrested

Seven men have been arrested, four of them Guardia Civil officers, after they used inside police information to carry out a drugs raid with the intention of selling the drugs on.

The group arranged to meet some drug dealers in Marbella.  Two of the men posed as buyers for a shipment of hashish, the other five then raided the scene dressed in Guardia Civil uniforms.  They tied up the Moroccan men, abandoned them in a field, and made of with 89 kilos of drugs.  Five of the men then drove to La Rioja where they were intending to sell the drugs, but they were arrested by the National Police before they reached their destination,

National Police arrested the men in three locations near Malaga, Jaen, and La Rioja.  They also raided an address in La Coruna and seized weapons (pictured), bullet proof vests, and Guardia Civil Uniforms.
