Killer Appeals Sentence – Dave Mahon has launched an appeal against his sentence for killing the brother of missing Costa Del Sel expat Amy Fitzpatrick

Killer Appeals Sentence

45 year old Dave Mahon was sentenced to seven years in jail for killing his stepson Dean Fitzpatrick.  Mahon admitted to holding the knife which killed Dean, but claimed that the killing was an accident.  The former Costa Del Sol businessman has been granted legal aid to appeal his sentence.

Amy Fitzpatrick

Dave Mahon is the step father of Amy Fitzpatrick, who went missing after a new years eve party on the Costa Del Sol.  Amy was last seen in 2008.  She disappeared when walking home from a friend’s house in Riviera Del Sol.
