Record Breaking Summer In Spain – tourist numbers are at their highest ever level

Record Breaking Summer In Spain

More foreign tourists have visited Spain this summer than ever before.  Combined figures for July, August, and September show that a record breaking 27.9 million tourists visited Spain.

Brexit and the plummeting value of the pound against the Euro has done little to affect the UK’s love affair with Spain as visitor numbers remain strong.   In the first nine months of 2016, Spain welcomed 14.4 million British tourists.
