Andalucia Property Sales Increase

Property sales in Andalucia continue to rise in 2016, with figures showing large year on year increases.  Sales to foreign investors and families are also increasing, with 70% of all Andalucian property sales being conducted by foreigners including many Brits. The Costa Del Sol is still the most popular place in Spain for non-Spanish property buyers.

Price Rises

The property in the whole of Spain continues to improve, with a nationwide increase of 13.3% recorded for the number of sales.  Average house prices continue to rise, this year that figure is 1.3% higher than in 2015.
