Record Number Of Daily New Infections In Andalucia

A record number of daily new coronavirus infections in Andalucia has been reported today.  Within a 24 hour period there were 1038 confirmed new cases of COVID-19.  This is the highest number of new cases recorded since the beginning of the pandemic.

4300 People Recovered In Malaga

The Malaga area has recorded the highest number of new infections.  410 new cases were recorded, bringing the total for Malaga to 8451.  However, Malaga also has the highest number of people who have recovered from covid-19, reporting that 4300 people have beaten the virus.

479,554 people have tested positive for covid-19 in Spain.

Spain has one of the world’s highest infection totals, with the WHO reporting 479,554 people have tested positive for coronavirus in the country.
