On the corner of the El Zoco commercial center, Our Bar is a genuine pub.  We like a pint, we like a football game and we like a good laugh.

Open every day, with a basic (beer drinker’s) menu of pies, pasties and all the usual nuts and crisps, Our Bar’s goal is simple… a decent drink at a fair price, a bite to eat – nothing fancy – and a warm and friendly welcome.

Weekends at Our Bar

The weekends start early at Our Bar.  Thursday nights, join Mark for the Curry and Quiz!  Entry snd curry costs just €3.50 and you can win €30 worth of drinks at the bar, plus a bottle of wine!

Friday and Saturday night at Our Bar are busy.  If you don’t like people, stay away!  Friday night is the start of the weeked and we know how to celebrate it!  Always a damn good ‘craic’, Friday nights are party nights.  You’ll find Mark at the DJ desk, with stomping, Northern Soul and Ska classic.  you’ll be on your feet, no worries!  Karaoke is the theme on Fridays so get your singing hat on!  60s, 70s, 80s and 90s tunes – all the classics you love, plus the regular “Shot Quiz”, get it right and win a shot!  Can’t be bad.

Saturday nights are the party nights.  It’s all about singing and dancing.  A proper good time in a proper pub.  That’s Our Bar.

All upcoming gigs will be there, too.  The last two special entertainment nights we were at, were Dave Young – an excellent (a bit blue) comedian from Ireland, he had us in stitches – and a double drag act (‘Dragtastic’, I think).  We were in two minds to go at first, but it was one of the funniest things we’ve seen – ever!

Find Our Bar in Sitio de Calahonda

If you know Calahonda, you’ll know El Zoco.  Find us on the corner, right next to The Trafalgar.  If you’re not too familiar, get yourself on the carratera (A7) and, as you pass Calahonda, you won’t miss El Zoco.  Plenty of parking (BUT NO DRINKING AND DRIVING – the coppers will get you!).
