Number Of New Covid Cases Falls In Andalucia

The daily number of new coronavirus cases in Andalucia has fallen for the first time in two weeks. In the last 24 hours there have been 7416 new coronavirus cases recorded.  There have been 28 coronavirus related deaths recorded in the region, and 60 more hospital admissions.  In Malaga Province there have been 1105 new cases of coronavirus reported, bringing the total number since the start of the pandemic to 221,956.

The accumulated incidence rate for Andalucia is 1364.9 cases per 100,000 people, a slight reduction on yesterday’s number. The Costa Del Sol health district’s 14 day accumulated incidence rate is now 839.9 whilst the rate for Malaga Province today is 1171.9 cases per 100,000 people.
