Set in a beautiful 29,000 square meter complex, the Club del Sol is a superbly equipped gym and sports center. With an outstanding gym, 12 clay and plexi-cushion tennis courts, 4 paddle tennis courts and 3 squash courts, the Club offers classes and training, ‘mix-in’ games offering you the chance to join in and play those of a similar standard or you can play in the doubles tournament, starting at 11am every Sunday.

The large sunny terrace has a bar (with free WiFi) and hosts live music throughout the winter months. Happy hour every Wednesday, too! What more could you ask for?!

The club is located roughly half way between Fuengirola and Marbella in Sitio de Calahonda. Leave the A7 and head up the hill on to Calle Jose de Orbaneja and you’ll find the Club just opposite the La Siesta Golf Club.

A beautiful and very well-equipped gym, the Club del Sol gym is open and bright with an excellent variety of aerobic and non-aerobic machines, all modern, clean and in great condition. The gym is big! 450sqm of fully air-conditioned training!

Tennis

Club del Sol Tennis Club, Sitio de Calahonda

Club del Sol has 12 tennis courts – 9 brand new clay courts and 3 plexi-cushion courts – with training and classes available, to suit all abilities. The Club also organises ‘mix-in’ games for those looking for opponents of similar standards. They also offer private tennis coaching from Monday to Saturday, 09:00 – 21:00. Rates include coaching, court, rackets and balls and a bottle of mineral water. Mineral water!

Squash

Club del Sol Squash Club, Sitio de Calahonda

Club del Sol has 4 large squash courts with rear glass walls and a viewing gallery. Racket hire 2€ /racket. Balls are free. The courts are open everyday between 8am and 9pm.
