Donkey Dreamland is a sanctuary for donkeys close to La Cala De Mijas on the Costa Del Sol. The sanctuary is staffed entirely by volunteers, and funded through donations and fundraising.
Visitors are welcome to interact with the donkeys, who love human company. Admission is free, donations are appreciated. Volunteers are knowledgeable about each animal and it’s story, and speak multiple languages including English and Spanish.
The sanctuary is open most days between 10am and 2pm. The latest opening times and information can be found on the Donkey Dreamland Mijas Facebook page.
