Cirque Du Soleil in Malaga
The José María Martín Carpena Sports Arena will be home to this incredible, unique show from 21 to 24 January. Of the great variety of shows that the Cirque du Soleil puts on, Varekai is the one chosen to perform in the capital of the Costa del Sol.
In Varekai, a magic forest located at the summit of a volcano is recreated. Anything and everything is possible there. There are fantastic creatures living there. The story begins with the fall of a solitary young man from the sky. The young man launches himself on an absurd and extraordinary adventure. On this day, in that distant place where everything is possible, the enchantment of a new life begins. The word “varekai” means “wherever” in the Romani language, the language of the eternal nomads.
