Andalucia’s Regional President has asked the region’s top court to make covid passports mandatory to gain entry into health centres and care homes.  Juanma Moreno says that “we are still in a pandemic” and hopes that the court will approve the measure so that it can be introduced “as quickly as possible”.

The decision was made by the region’s committee of experts at the Palacio de San Telmo in Seville.  Moreno announced the plans during a visit the the Hospital Costa Del Sol near Marbella today.  He also expressed disappointment that Spain’s central government has not yet created a common ruling about covid passports.
