British Man Killed In Fuengirola Fight – a father of four from Birmingham has been killed by a single punch when he stepped in to break up a fight
British Man Killed In Fuengirola Fight
42 year old holidaymaker Nadeem Aslam was killed by a single punch in front of Entrehoras bar in Fuengirola on Thursday night last week. The father of four was visiting Spain with his wife Jayne. The couple had been drinking with friends in the Seaside Bar before heading off to find food.
One of Nadeem’s drinking friends was denied entry with his group to a bar, and got into a disagreement with the bar owner. Two Polish men who had been drinking in the bar came onto the street and began fighting with the British man. When Nadeem stepped in to break up the fight he was knocked out by a single punch to the face. The man who threw the punch fled the scene. Paramedics tried to revive Mr. Aslam for 45 minutes but pronounced him dead in the street.
Attacker In Custody
The 34 year old Polish man who punched Mr. Aslam and then fled the scene later handed himself into police. He is now being help in custody in Malaga.
Family
Mr. Aslam’s four children, aged 14 to 22, have flown to Spain to be with their mother. They will return to Birmingham with their father’s body later this week.
