Costa Del Sol Train Timetable Extended

The train service from Malaga Airport to Fuengirola will be extended during the summer months, operating until at last 3am.  Services currently end at 11.30pm. The new timetable has been suggested several times before, and has finally been approved.

Over 11 million people a year use the Malaga to Fuengirola train line.

11.5 Million Passengers A Year

The decision has been welcomed by travel companies and residents on the Costa Del Sol.  Currently the route is used by over 11 million passengers a year, and is one of the most profitable train lines in the country in terms of revenue per square kilometre.

The timetable extension will begin on the 15th June and run through to the 30th September,
