Fire Crews Tackling Benalmadena Blaze

A fire has broken out beside the A7 at El Higueron close to Benalmadena.  The blaze began when a vehicle caught fire, and quickly spread to surrounding shrubbery.  Police have closed the A7 slip roads around KM 216.  At least two helicopters, one plane, and several fire engines are now tackling the blaze.  There are no casualties reported.
