Malaga Maintains Lowest Incidence Rate In Andalucia. Despite a slight rise in the number of cases Malaga Province still has an incidence rate well below the regional average.
Malaga Maintains Lowest Incidence Rate In Andalucia
The latest figures published show that Malaga Province continues to have the lowest incidence rate in Andalucia. The accumulated 14 day coronavirus incidence rate is currently 141.6 cases per 100,000 people. This number is an increase of 13 since last week, but remains well below the Andalucia average of 263.7 cases per 100,000. The province with the highest incidence rate is Granada at 467.5 cases per 100,000 people.
Over the weekend another 223 cases of coronavirus have been identified. There has been one more death in the province which brings the total number of deceased to 1595. The number of people cured of the virus this weekend has risen to 484.
