Malaga Maintains Lowest Incidence Rate In Andalucia
The coronavirus incidence rate in Malaga Province is the lowest of all the provinces in Andalucia. The latest figures show that we have a 14 day accumulated incidence rate of 117.4 cases per 100,000 people. The figure for the whole of Andalucia is currently 225.3 cases per 100,000 people.
Malaga Province continues to show progress in the fight against the fourth wave of the virus. This is demonstrated by the substantial fall in the incidence rate, when analysing the data for the last seven days. The incidence rate for Malaga Province has fallen to just 57.3 cases per 100.000 people during this seven day period.
Latest Coronavirus Figures
The number of new infections reported in Malaga Province during the last 24 hours is 221. 548 people have recovered from the virus, though two people have died from covid-19 in the last day.
