Beach Marbella Busy

Local beaches are expected to be bustling with holiday makers and locals during Semana Santa

Semana Santa has gotten off to a warm start on the Costa Del Sol, with AEMET predicting that temperatures will rise steadily during Holy Week to peak in the low 30s over the Easter Weekend.

Local businesses are ready for a boom week as people travel from the big cities to spend Easter Week on the Costa Del Sol, and tourists flock to Spain from the UK to enjoy the holiday period.  This mini heatwave could be short lived though as a storm is forecast to hit the coast after Easter.
