Tornado Hits Marbella.  Weather experts have confirmed that a tornado caused minor damage when it struck near Marbella on Monday.

A tornado was filmed causing damage in Marbella on Monday afternoon (5th December).  A member of the public posted a video (see below) to Twitter which shows the weather phenomenon strike between La Canada and the Hospital Costa Del Sol.  Spanish weather agency Sinobas have confirmed that the tornado hit at 4.42pm.

Marbella Tornado Causes Minor Damage

The tornado caused some damage to buildings and uprooted trees.  The fire bridage assisted with clearing debris from roads.  One minor injury has been reported.
