Four local beaches have been awarded blue flags for the fourth consecutive year.  The beaches at El Castillo, Los Boliches, Las Gaviotas, and Carvajal will continue to fly the blue flag award.  The Blue Flag is awarded to beaches which reach exceptional standards when it comes to lifeguards, access, water quality, safety, hygiene, and accessibility.
