An amber weather warning for torrential rain has been issued for Friday (28th February) on the Costa Del Sol. The alert is active from 9am until midnight. Spain’s national weather agency AEMET is predicting accumlated rainfall of 30mm per hour during this period, with thunderstorms and strong winds. Amber is the second most severe of the three warning levels.
