Spain Set To Introduce New Anti-Smoking Laws
Spain’s national government has approved a bill to introduce new anti-smoking laws. It will be several months before the laws are officially introduced, and modifications to the bill could still be made. Smoking and vaping is already banned inside bars and restaurants, public buildings like train and bus stations, and sports stadiums.
The news laws will ban smoking and vaping in many communal areas including terraces for bars and restaurants, public parks with children’s playgrounds, sports facilities, education centres, and even at bus stops.
Spain Bans Single Use Vapes

Spain will soon ban single use vapes.
Span will also ban the sale of single use vapes. Advertising tobacco products in all media is also set to be outlawed, this includes print, broadcast media, online media, and signs in bars and nightclubs. The new law stops short of introducing plain packaging for tobacco products despite support for this from several ministers.
