Six new traffic cameras have been installed at junctions in Malaga to catch drivers who don’t stop for red lights. Motorists caught by the new cameras will be fined €200. The cameras will detect vehicles which either don’t stop for a red light, or who set off before the signal shows a green light. The cameras take several photographs of an offending vehicle’s number plate, along with a short video.

This sign is displayed at junctions with the new cameras.
