Spain’s national weather agency AEMET has issued an amber weather warning for storms, gale for 7 winds, and torrential rain on the Costa Del Sol. The warning is predicting accumulated rainfall of 20mm an hour, gale force 7 winds could reach speeds of 70 kp/h. The weather warning is from 3pm today until 4am on Sunday (28th December). Amber is the second most severe of the three warning levels.
