Boar Stroll Through Costa Del Sol Shopping Centre
Shoppers were stunned to see a family of wild boar making their way through the Miramar centre in Fuengirola. The boar found their way into the complex on Monday when heavy rain and flooding blocked their usual path beside the river. The boar were filmed as they passed through the centre, even using the escalators! During their visit to the Miramar shopping centre the boars didn’t cause any injuries or serious damage.
These wild boar are a cross between wild pigs and wild boar. They are becoming bolder in their search for food, often seen in urban areas, as their natural habitat is threatened by both development and natural disasters like the Sierra De Mijas fires two years ago.
