Costa Del Sol Coronavirus False Alarm
A man who has been in contact with people from Wuhan in China was quarantined at Malaga hospotal after developing symptoms consistent with the Coronavirus. The 52 year old was isolated after revealing he had been in contact with people from China, where the virus has already killed more than 170 people.
Health officials have now revealed that tests show the unnamed man is suffering from Influenza B, not the Coronavirus. He is being kept in isolation until the result of a final test is obtained, but experts are confident that he does not carry the infection.
Wuhan Football Team’s Arrival Causes Concern
The arrival of the Wuhan Zall football team on the Costa Del Sol has caused concern amongst residents, though the team were checked for the virus before travelling to Spain. It’s also being reported today that pharmacies on the Costa Del Sol are selling out of biological filtration masks.
