Costa Del Sol Storm Repairs Will Cost 255 Million Euros

The recent storms which hit the Costa Del Sol have caused considerable damage to roads, farming land and infrastructure, buildings, and waterways.  The Andalucian regional governent has announced that €255 million have been allocated to pay for repairs in the area.  Goverment representative Patricia Navarro said “we began assessing the damage at the end of last week, because we mustn’t and we don’t want to waste a single minute in the recovery process.”

The Junta De Andalucia has confirmed the Declaration Of Natural Disaster, which allows the funds to be used for repair work.
