Malaga is one of the world’s top ten destinations for tourists this year. Travel company eDreams have released a study of tourist trends called “A Year In Travel” which has analysed the behaviour of millions of their customers, and Spain has proved to be more popular than ever. Barcelona has topped this year’s list, which features cities from around the world including Istanbul and Paris.

Tourists continue to be drawn to Malaga and the Costa Del Sol by the competitive prices for flights and hospitaly, along with the climate, culture, and the many attractions and experiences available here. Malaga province enjoys around 300 days of sunshine a year, perfect for beach lovers who enjoy the long stretches of sand on the Costa Del Sol.

Malaga’s rich history appeals to the millions of tourists who visit every year. The city is the birthplace of Picasso, and many of his famous works are displayed at the Picasso museum and the Pompidou gallery.
