Multiple Gale Force Wind Warnings. Spain’s national weather agency have issued yellow weather warnings for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Gale Force Wind Warning

Multiple yellow weather warnings are in place for gale force 7 winds which could reach speeds of up to 60km/h on the Costa Del Sol. Waves could be as high as 4 metres at times. The warnings have been issued by Spain’s national weather agency (AEMET). The warnings are in place at the following times:

Thursday 21st March – 3pm to 8pm
Friday 22nd March – 3pm to 8pm
Saturday 23rd March – 12pm to 8pm
Sunday 24th March – 6am to 8pm

Red: Take action. Extreme weather is expected. Red means people in the concerned areas should take action now to keep themselves and others safe from the impact of the weather. Widespread damage, travel and power disruption and risk to life is likely.
