The body of a huge whale has washed up at La Rada beach in Estepona.  The giant corpse was found by a walker this morning.  The Fin whale is around 12 metres long, and would have weighed 70 tonnes when it was alive.  An expert who examined the remains says the whale died at least ten days before washing up on the beach.

The Junta de Andalucia are now supervising the removal of the dead whale.
