Puerto Banus Bouncer Arrested In Missing Waitress Case
A bouncer who worked at Aqwa Mist nightclub in Puero Banus, near Marbella, has been arrested. Police suspect he is involved in the unsolved disappearance of Latvian waitress Agnese Klavina. She was last seen getting into a car with Brits Craig Porter and Westley Capper in September 2014. Capper is currently on bail having been arrested for an unrelated hit and run incident in which a woman was killed.
Agnese vanished in September 2014, after finishing her shift at work. She was seen in a car with Porter and Capper, both of whom claim that she got in the car voluntarily and got out at a roundabout. Video surveillance appears to show the recently arrested man holding the car door shut, trapping her inside. Phone records also show over 40 calls between Capper and the bouncer after the girl’s disappearance.
Police and investigators working for Agnese Klavina’s family believe that the links are suspicious enough to warrant further investigation.
