“I SPEAK ENGLISH” VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

The Programme set up called “I Speak English” by the Mijas Foreigners Department at local schools and high schools is helping Mijas children with their English language.

Foreign residents volunteer to go and speak to the school children on weekly bases.

“The programme has been running for a few years and is very successful” stated Ana Skou head of the Mijas Foreigners Department.

“Our volunteers are very happy to be able to contribute to the community and help the student’s progress in their English language” added Mario Bravo the Councillor of the Mijas Town Hall.
