Gale Force 7 Wind Warnings. The Costa Del Sol is preparing for gale force 7 winds on Friday and Saturday as AEMET issue yellow weather warnings.

Yellow weather warnings are in place for gale force winds on Friday and Saturday. Spain’s national weather agency (AEMET) is warning of gale force 7 winds which could reach speeds of 60kmh on the Costa Del Sol.

The weather warnings are active throughout Friday and Saturday. Waves could reach heights of 3 metres during this period. There is also a yellow weather warning for torrential rain in place on Friday (9th February).
