Malaga Is Moving Into Phase Three

The Costa Del Sol will be moving into phase three of the lockdown lifting plan on Monday, along with the rest of Andalucia.  Spain’s health minister announced the move today, confirming that the Malaga and Granada provinces are being brought up to speed with the rest of Andalucia.

In brief, phase three will allow the following freedoms:

  • Exercise schedules abolished
  • Social gatherings of up to 20 people permitted
  • Weddings and funerals permitted with up to 150 people outdoors
  • Weddings and funerals indoors with up to 75 people
  • Bars and restaurants can open 75% of the terrace, and 50% of the interior capacity
  • Shops may increase capacity to 50%
  • Cinemas, museums, libraries, and theatres may open up to 50% capacity
  • Nightclubs must remain closed
