Facemasks will no longer be mandatory outdoors in Andalucia from Thursday the 10th February.  Spain’s Minister of Health announced that the change to the law regarding facemasks will be approved tomorrow.  Carolina Darias said this will be written into law on Wednesday, and published in the state bulletin (the BOE) on Thursday.

Technically the change to the rules isn’t guaranteed until the BOE is published, however a government spokesperson has said that this will be processed without any doubt.  Masks must still be worn inside public places like bars, restaurants, cinemas, and shops.
