Contest closes on Wednesday 19th April 2017. The winner will by contacted by phone and announced on Dave’s afternoon show, on the 21st April.
Terms:
- One entry per person. Multiple entries from one person will be discounted. If more than one person guesses the correct number of balls, all the correct entries will be added to a random draw to determine a winner.
- The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
- The winner agrees to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of area of residence and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests made by Favells or 93.6 Global Radio
- Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant
- Where applicable, the decision of the judges is final based on the criteria set out in the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision
- Free delivery and installation of the hot tub is within a 40km radius of Favells. If the winner lives outside of this area, they will be expected to cover these costs. Entry to the competition indicates acceptance of these terms.
