60mm Of Rain Recorded Overnight On The Costa Del Sol
Heavy rain overnight into Wednesday morning on the Costa Del Sol has boosted water levels at local reservoirs. Spain’s national weather agency AEMET has recorded over 60mm of rainfall in some parts of Malaga province.
The reservoir which supplies most of the Costa Del Sol has seen the biggest increase in water levels. La Concepcion water levels are now at an impressive 92.25%.of capacity.
The Embalse Conde De Guadalhorce which supplies Malaga city has increased to 95.38%.
La Vinuela reservoir supplies water to 14 towns and 220,000 people in the Axarquia area. Today the amount of water is at 91.46% of capacity.
